Improved Search

We improved search by helping players find suggested issues and tags as they typed.

Categories & Browse

We set up proper categories. We also added a much-needed browse page with the most requested issues. It's helped players find solutions.

Related & Useful

We added a related articles section to every article to help players find their way. We also added useful tools and options for them to explore, like live chat and the Hextech Repair tool.

Updated but Familiar

The old UI was looking pretty dated and busy. We wanted to do a refresh to bring the site up to modern standards, but keep the spirit of the existing design.

Low Fidelity

We did a lot of brainstorming. We made low-fidelity mockups to find missing patterns and flows. We did this before getting too deep into the details to discuss strategy.
